Bespoke
Commissions
Bring your vision to life — from historically inspired garments to character-focused costumes and accessories. Whether you’re preparing for reenactment, larp, or simply want a unique piece for your wardrobe, I’ll work with you to create something that reflects your story and style.
Here’s how the process works:
Connect & Plan
-
Contact me to begin. I’ll send over a clear information pack, including an estimated cost, timeline, and any design fee details.
Secure Your Piece
-
Commissions begin once a deposit (usually 25% of the estimated cost) is received. This covers materials that cannot be reused. Final cost includes labour, materials, shipping, and any applicable design fee.
Timeline & Communication
-
Projects typically take around 8 weeks to complete, depending on complexity. You’ll receive regular updates, and I’m always available to answer questions along the way.
Flexible Payments & Worldwide Delivery
-
Payment can be split into four manageable installments (deposit counts as the first). I offer multiple payment methods—including PayPal, card, bank deposit, and cash (NZ only)—and I’m happy to discuss international shipping options.
Materials & Satisfaction
-
I can work with your materials, source special fabrics, or use those from trusted suppliers such as The Fabric Store, The Fine Cloth Company, or Miss Maude. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of commissions, refunds aren’t offered—but I'm committed to finding a solution if you're not completely satisfied.

Local
Services

As well as creating bespoke pieces, I offer practical sewing services to my local West Coast community. This includes mending tears, repairing seams, replacing zips, adjusting hems, patching, and general clothing care to help extend the life of your garments.
These small but important services keep everyday clothing comfortable, wearable, and out of the landfill. Whether it’s fixing a favourite pair of trousers, shortening school uniforms, or repairing workwear, I bring the same care and attention to these tasks as I do to my larger projects.

2
